Susan Simmons Qualls was indicted for the unlawful distribution of controlled substances, in violation of § 13A-12-211, Code of Alabama 1975 (Supp. 1988). The appellant was found "guilty as charged in the indictment." She was sentenced to seven years imprisonment in the penitentiary and fined $1000. The appellant was also ordered to pay $25 to the Victims Compensation Fund.
